Brazil Theme

Make room for colour, rhythm and a proper celebration. iCatching Events’ Brazil themed parties take inspiration from Rio Carnival and Brazil’s coastline, combining bold decorations with tropical scenery. For a corporate summer party, gala dinner or private celebration, the setting can feel lively and theatrical, relaxed and beach-inspired, or a little of both.

Giant sequinned masks, feathered table centres and colourful draping bring a carnival feel to the room. Festoon lighting links the different areas, while gold details and decorative props create focal points around the tables, entrance and dance floor.

Our Christ the Redeemer prop introduces a recognisable Rio landmark, with palm trees and beach scenery helping to build the setting around it. A beach hut, parasols and a themed bar can create a sociable reception area where guests gather before the evening gets going.

Carry the colours through your table dressing, add a samba soundtrack and give everyone space to dance. Our Brazilian party décor and carnival prop hire offer plenty of possibilities for a celebration that brings together striking scenery, music and the people you want to share it with.

Plan the evening around the moments you want guests to enjoy: arriving somewhere unexpected, sharing dinner, taking photographs and getting onto the dance floor. At iCatching Events, we use those moments to shape your Brazilian themed event, giving each part of the venue a purpose as well as a distinctive look.

A company celebration might pair a colourful carnival entrance with a tropical drinks reception. A fundraising ball could put the emphasis on elegant table styling and a dramatic stage setting. We’ll help you build your event around your audience, available space and budget, with individual prop hire or a complete design and installation service.

Alongside the scenery, we can coordinate furniture, draping, table décor, sound and lighting. Bespoke features can introduce your company colours or a particular creative idea, while delivery, setup and collection can be included in the arrangements.

Based near Manchester, we provide Brazil themed event styling across the UK, including Liverpool, Leeds, Birmingham and London.
