New York Theme

New York is instantly recognisable in silhouette. Put that skyline behind your stage, add an Empire State Building prop and give your guests a city view worth photographing. With New York themed parties and events from iCatching Events, landmark scenery and familiar street details turn your venue into a celebration of the Big Apple.

Bring the setting down to street level with New York traffic lights, fire hydrant props and taxi image panels. A Statue of Liberty prop provides a focal point for group photographs, while cityscape backdrops give plain venue walls a new outlook. Together, the large landmarks and smaller details create a scene that rewards a closer look.

At dinner, illuminated skyscraper table centres carry the skyline onto the tables. Coordinated lighting and lounge furniture can give the room a Manhattan evening feel, ready for drinks, conversation and dancing. Our New York prop hire and skyline décor suit corporate awards nights, gala dinners, proms and birthday celebrations. Go for the colour of Times Square, the clean lines of a city skyline or a combination that reflects your own New York memories.

Book a skyline for the stage, a landmark for the entrance or a complete NYC venue transformation. iCatching Events provides New York themed event hire across the UK, serving Manchester, London and Scotland with individual props and coordinated venue styling.

A monochrome cityscape with metallic table details can give an awards dinner a formal feel. Central Park gates, greenery and softer lighting offer another direction for a reception. For a company celebration, bespoke signage and scenic features can introduce your name and colours into the city setting, making the design relevant to the occasion.

Our bespoke New York event styling brings together props, furniture, draping, table dressing, lighting and sound. We’ll work with your room dimensions, guest numbers and programme to select the scenery and plan its placement. Custom prop building is available for ideas beyond the existing collection, with delivery, installation, breakdown and collection arranged around your booking.

A venue photograph or floor plan helps us recommend the right scale of scenery. Call 0161 368 3855 with your event date and ideas, and we’ll prepare a tailored quotation for bringing your version of New York to the party.
