Masquerade Theme

An invitation to a masked ball gives guests a reason to dress for the occasion. Give them a setting to match with Masquerade themed events from iCatching Events, combining Venetian influences, dramatic décor and atmospheric lighting for an evening of dinner, dancing and celebration.

A red carpet and draped entrance establish the mood before guests reach the main room. Inside, giant sequinned eye masks, ornate mirror props and Masquerade backdrops create a theatrical setting for photographs. Our Venetian bridge prop adds a scenic focal point to complete the look.

Feather table centres bring height to the dining tables, while coordinated linen and warm uplighting pull the colours together. A black and white dance floor completes the setting, ready for the evening’s entertainment.

Our Masquerade ball décor and prop hire suit corporate events, charity balls, awards dinners, proms and private parties. Choose black and gold for a formal evening, silver for a softer finish or deep purple and red for a more dramatic look. We can carry your chosen palette through the entrance, dining area and stage, giving the whole room a consistent style.

Your Masquerade theme can be designed around a formal banquet, a lively party or a reception with a few statement displays. Tell us what you have planned, and we’ll help decide where the scenery will work best.

For a gala dinner, that might mean an impressive entrance, coordinated table centres and a backdrop for speeches. For a birthday celebration, you may prefer a dedicated photo area and more space for dancing. We’ll consider your venue layout, guest numbers and budget as we develop the design.

Choose individual Masquerade prop hire or full event styling, with draping, furniture, table dressing, sound and lighting brought together to suit your brief. Our bespoke prop building service also gives you scope to introduce something created especially for your event.

iCatching Events provides Masquerade event hire across the UK, working from Hyde near Manchester. Delivery, installation, breakdown and collection can be arranged around your venue’s access times and event schedule.
