Ice Theme

An ice palace entrance, a soft blue glow and white draping set the scene for a celebration with a striking winter look. iCatching Events creates Ice themed parties and events for corporate celebrations, gala dinners, winter balls and private occasions.

Inside, ice columns and iceberg props give the room shape and height, while frosted trees soften the scenery. An ice throne creates a focal point for photographs, and illuminated icicle table centres carry the frozen theme through to the dining tables.

Lighting brings the details together. Cool blue uplighters pick out the contours of the props, white star cloth adds points of light, and artificial snow around selected displays completes the setting. Combine these elements with white linen and silver accents for a coordinated finish.

Our ice prop hire and winter event décor can create anything from a dedicated photo area to a full room transformation. Choose an elegant ice palace setting for an awards evening, or build a playful polar landscape with our polar bear props for a family celebration. Each arrangement can be styled around the atmosphere you want your guests to enjoy.

Your event vision might begin with a colour scheme, an entrance idea or a photograph you love. We’ll use that starting point to develop an Ice theme that works with your venue and gives each area a clear purpose.

For a seated dinner, the design might centre on table dressing and a stage backdrop. For a drinks reception, you might prefer a dramatic entrance and smaller scenic displays around the room. We can adjust the scale and arrangement to suit your guest numbers and budget.

Choose individual ice prop hire or complete event styling, with options to coordinate scenery, draping, lighting, furniture and sound. If your plans call for a feature beyond our existing collection, our bespoke prop building service can help develop something specific to your brief.

From our base in Hyde near Manchester, we deliver Ice themed event décor across the UK, including London and Scotland. Our team can arrange delivery, installation, breakdown and collection around your event schedule.
