Fire and Ice Theme

Deep red and amber on one side; icy blue and white on the other. A Fire and Ice themed event uses colour, light and scenery to bring two opposing elements together. iCatching Events creates this dramatic setting for corporate parties, gala dinners, awards evenings and winter celebrations.

The fire element can centre on a dragon prop, surrounded by red draping and flickering flame effect lights. Across the room, an ice palace entrance, ice column props and a standing polar bear establish a frozen landscape. Warm and cool lighting give each area its own atmosphere while connecting the scenery throughout the venue.

Carry the theme onto the tables with illuminated icicle centrepieces, coordinated linen and contrasting colour accents. Fire and Ice light boxes can add another focal point, helping frame a stage or create a setting for photographs.

Our Fire and Ice party décor and prop hire can create a bold fantasy scene or an elegant evening reception. You might make a dramatic entrance the main feature, concentrate the scenery around your entertainment or carry the theme throughout the room. We’ll help choose the combination that suits your occasion.

The balance between fire and ice is part of the design. You might choose a cool reception area that leads into a warmer dining space, or use both colour palettes throughout the room. We’ll work with your venue layout and event schedule to decide where each feature belongs.

Our Fire and Ice event styling service covers individual prop hire through to a complete venue transformation. We can coordinate draping, themed backdrops, table dressing, furniture, sound and lighting, with bespoke elements available to reflect your ideas or company branding.

For a gala dinner, focus the styling on illuminated centrepieces and a striking stage backdrop. For a themed party, introduce larger scenic props and photo opportunities that give guests different parts of the setting to explore. Your preferred atmosphere, guest numbers and budget guide the choices.

Based in Hyde near Manchester, iCatching Events provides Fire and Ice prop hire across the UK. Delivery, installation, breakdown and collection can be arranged as part of your booking.
