End of the World Theme

The warning lights are flashing. Supplies are stacked behind sandbags. Your guests have found the last party on Earth. Our End of the World themed events turn your venue into a fictional survivor outpost, with industrial scenery and cinematic lighting setting the mood.

Camouflage netting conceals the walls, oil drum props mark out the space and hazard signs suggest something has gone very wrong outside. Cargo crates and toxic barrel props build the bunker scene, while flame effect lights add movement around key displays. Arrange the scenery around an entrance, bar or photo area to make the setting part of the evening’s story.

There are plenty of ways to imagine the aftermath. A zombie apocalypse party might lean into horror props and abandoned surroundings; a science fiction version could feature a spaceship control desk and a mysterious portal. Choose a tense, atmospheric look or a playful survival party with bold colour and dramatic lighting.

For Halloween events, corporate parties and private celebrations, iCatching Events combines post-apocalyptic prop hirewith creative venue styling. Gather your fellow survivors, choose your setting and give them somewhere worth celebrating.

Decide what happened to your world, and we’ll help show the aftermath. Your idea might involve a deserted city, a secret bunker or a laboratory where an experiment went wrong. The story gives us a starting point for the scenery, colours and details that connect the different areas of your venue.

Our apocalypse party décor and event styling service covers individual prop hire through to complete installations. We can coordinate draping, furniture, table dressing, sound and lighting, with bespoke prop creation available for a particular concept. For a corporate celebration, custom props can carry your company colours or event message into the design.

iCatching Events provides End of the World event hire across the UK from our base in Hyde near Manchester. We plan around your guest numbers, budget and venue layout, with delivery, installation, breakdown and collection available as part of your booking.
