Enchanted Forest Theme

An Enchanted Forest reveals itself gradually: a glimpse of a deer amongst the trees, a wooden bridge tucked into the scenery and fairy lights glinting through the branches. At iCatching Events, our Enchanted Forest themed parties bring that sense of discovery into your venue.

Artificial birch trees and woodland foliage shape the setting, while a wisteria arch makes a romantic welcome. Giant toadstools introduce a playful change of scale, and a unicorn prop can turn a quiet corner into a storybook photo scene. Keep the woodland natural and understated, or bring mythical creatures into the design for a stronger fantasy feel.

For dinner, fairytale flower dome centrepieces can carry the theme onto the tables. Soft lighting and carefully chosen draping connect the dining area with the surrounding scenery, creating the impression of a gathering in a forest clearing.

Our woodland prop hire and enchanted event décor suit weddings, gala dinners, corporate parties and private celebrations. Whether you picture a moonlit woodland or a colourful fairytale forest, we’ll help give the setting its own character, with details for guests to enjoy throughout the celebration.

Colour changes the story. Warm white lighting and soft florals create a romantic woodland setting; deeper greens, blue light and shadow can suggest a forest after dark. We can develop either direction, or combine woodland styling with your own colours, branding and ideas.

Our Enchanted Forest event styling service starts with the atmosphere you want to create and the space available. A woodland entrance might introduce the theme, while a larger installation could surround the dining tables, frame a stage or create a dedicated photo area. We’ll consider how guests move between these spaces so the scenery works alongside your event programme.

iCatching Events can bring together props, artificial trees, backdrops, draping, furniture, table dressing and lighting. Bespoke prop creation is available when your vision calls for an individual feature, with designs shaped around your venue and budget.

From Hyde near Manchester, we provide Enchanted Forest prop hire across the UK, including the North West and venues nationwide. Delivery, installation, breakdown and collection can form part of your booking.
