All Around the World Theme

One venue, several destinations and plenty to explore. iCatching Events creates All Around the World themed partiesthat bring famous landmarks, city scenery and travel-inspired décor together for corporate celebrations, gala dinners and private events. Give guests a taste of Paris, New York, Las Vegas and beyond as they move between different settings throughout the evening.

Our 14ft Eiffel Tower prop makes a striking centrepiece for a Parisian area, while the Statue of Liberty and city skyline backdrops introduce a New York setting. Add an Egyptian scene with our large Sphinx prop, or create a British corner with a traditional telephone box and street lamps.

Giant passport props, antique globes and destination signposts help connect the different locations. Position them around entrances, reception areas and photo opportunities to establish the travel theme from the moment guests arrive.

An Around the World party gives you the freedom to combine favourite destinations in one design. From landmark displays to country themed venue dressing, we can create distinct spaces for dining, drinks and photographs, with each area offering something new to discover.

Build your event around the places that matter to you. Celebrate your company’s international connections, revisit favourite holiday destinations or plan a journey through some of the world’s best-known cities. At iCatching Events, we help shape those ideas into an All Around the World theme that suits your occasion, venue and budget.

Choose individual landmark props through our Around the World prop hire service, or ask us to design the complete setting. Backdrops, draping, furniture, table centres and lighting can give each destination its own character while keeping the overall event coordinated. We can also discuss bespoke props when your chosen location calls for something specific.

Planning several themed areas? We’ll help you consider how guests move between the entrance, dining space and entertainment, making the scenery work with your event schedule and available space.

Based in Hyde near Manchester, we provide themed event production and prop hire across the North West and throughout the UK. Delivery, installation and collection can be coordinated by our team.
