Alice in Wonderland Theme

Nothing has to be quite the right size in Wonderland. Giant playing cards, an oversized ‘Drink Me’ bottle and a White Rabbit prop set the scene for Alice in Wonderland themed parties by iCatching Events. Inspired by the story’s curious characters and unexpected details, our venue styling brings a playful setting to corporate events, gala dinners, weddings and private celebrations.

Welcome guests through a themed entrance, where confusing directional signs suggest that getting a little lost is all part of the fun. Inside, Alice, the Mad Hatter and Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum character props create familiar scenes, with colourful backdrops and foliage helping the story unfold around the room.

A Mad Hatter’s tea party theme offers plenty of possibilities for your dining area. Combine mushroom tables and stools with unusual teacup centrepieces, or introduce giant Queen of Hearts playing cards and roses for a more dramatic look.

Whether you picture a whimsical garden party or an evening celebration filled with theatrical scenery, our Alice in Wonderland decorations and prop hire let you bring your favourite parts of the story into the event.

Your Wonderland might begin with an extravagant tea party, a Queen of Hearts reception or a room filled with oversized storybook scenery. Build your event with iCatching Events, choosing the colours, characters and decorative details that reflect your vision. We tailor the design to your venue, guest numbers and budget, whether you want a few standout features or a complete transformation.

Our Alice in Wonderland prop hire service allows you to select individual pieces, while our event design team can bring together backdrops, furniture, draping, table dressing and atmospheric lighting. Create a dedicated photo area, carry the theme through your dining tables or make the entrance the first chapter of your guests’ experience. For ideas that need something different, ask about our bespoke prop creation service.
