Oriental Theme

Dinner beneath blossom branches gives your guests a setting to enjoy before the first course arrives. Our Oriental themed parties and events bring together decorative scenery, flowering trees and carefully chosen details, with iCatching Events shaping the design around your preferred destination and occasion.

For a Chinese inspired celebration, rich red draping and gold accents can frame our Chinese Welcome Sign and decorative guardian lion prop. Large Chinese fans add pattern behind a reception area, while panda props and bamboo planting offer a playful direction for family events. A Japanese garden setting can draw on blossom trees, wisteria and Japanese maple foliage, creating layers of colour around the dining tables and seating areas.

Our Oriental prop hire and venue styling suits corporate dinners, private celebrations, weddings and Chinese New Year events. Choose a striking entrance, a garden scene for photographs or floral features that carry through the room. We can coordinate the larger displays with table centres, linen and lighting, so the details feel connected wherever guests gather. Warm lighting can highlight the flowers and foliage, while carefully positioned scenery gives the reception, dining area and photo setting their own character.

Your brief might centre on a Chinese New Year reception, a Japanese garden party or a particular place that means something to you. That starting point guides our bespoke Oriental event design, helping us choose the scenery, colours and finishing touches that belong in your setting.

A seated dinner might call for blossom table centres and a decorative entrance, with larger trees framing the room. For a product launch, we can develop a focal display around your brand colours and photography requirements. A private celebration could bring flowering trees and garden scenery into a marquee, creating a sheltered setting for drinks and conversation. Bespoke prop building also gives you scope to include ideas beyond the existing collection.
