Rio Carnival Theme

Colour belongs everywhere at this party: above the tables, around the stage and across the dance floor. iCatching Events creates Rio Carnival themed parties and events inspired by Rio de Janeiro’s celebrations, bringing bold draping, feather displays and oversized scenery into your venue.

Giant sequinned masks give the room an immediate carnival identity, while our paint splatter mask offers a colourful focal point for photographs. Bright barrel props, bunting and festoon lighting can suggest the atmosphere of a street celebration, with palm trees and a beach themed bar creating a relaxed place to gather between dances.

Carry the palette onto the tables with feathered centrepieces, colourful linen and coordinated chair dressing. Lighting can highlight the sparkle of the masks and bring the stage, dining area and dance floor into the same design. Pink, orange, blue and gold offer plenty of scope for a lively scheme.

Our carnival prop hire and Brazilian themed event décor suits company celebrations, summer parties, gala dinners and private birthdays. Choose a bold colour combination, give the scenery room to make an impression and invite your guests to dress for the occasion.

Carnival can be part of your event’s programme as well as its appearance. We can help arrange feathered performers, dance acts and street magicians, then develop the setting around their performances. With bespoke Rio Carnival event styling, the entertainment, scenery and guest areas can be planned together from the start.

A company party might use its brand colours throughout the draping and displays, while a birthday celebration could make a giant mask scene the centre of the photographs. For a winter event, tropical greenery and vivid colour can bring a summer mood indoors. Bespoke prop building offers room for ideas beyond the existing collection, from personalised scenic features to a distinctive entrance.

iCatching Events provides Rio Carnival event hire across the UK, with our team based in Hyde near Manchester. Book selected props or ask us to design and install the complete setting, including furniture, table dressing, lighting and sound. Delivery, setup, breakdown and collection can be arranged around your venue’s schedule.
