Grease Theme

Make your next big night feel like a Rydell High reunion. iCatching Events creates Grease themed parties and eventsinspired by the film’s 1950s setting, bringing together retro diner scenery, musical details and room for dancing.

An American Diner backdrop, diner seating and a jukebox prop create a familiar meeting place for your guests. Oversized ice cream sundaes and our roller waitress figure add playful detail, while Grease filmstrip image panels bring the movie into the décor. These features can form a photo area or become part of a larger room transformation.

At the centre of the celebration, a black and white dance floor gives your school dance scene its focus. Mirror balls, colourful lighting and coordinated table dressing carry the look around the room, with spaces where guests can sit and catch up between songs.

Our Grease party décor and 1950s prop hire suit birthdays, corporate parties, school proms and celebrations for fans of the musical. Whether your guests arrive as Pink Ladies, T-Birds or in their own retro style, we’ll help create the setting for a night of music and dancing.

Plan the evening around a lively school dance, a relaxed diner reception or a mix of both. We can develop the entrance, seating and dance floor as connected areas, with colours and details that suit your occasion.

Our Grease themed event styling service covers individual prop hire and complete venue dressing. We can coordinate backdrops, draping, furniture, table linen, lighting and sound, with bespoke scenery available to add a personal touch. Your venue dimensions, guest numbers and budget help us shape the design.

For a birthday, that might mean a dedicated diner photo corner and a dance floor. For a corporate celebration or prom, we can carry the theme across a larger reception and entertainment space, keeping the styling consistent while leaving room for your planned activities.

Based in Hyde near Manchester, iCatching Events provides Grease prop hire across the UK. Our team can arrange delivery, installation, breakdown and collection as part of your booking, with the setup planned around your venue access and timings.
