Ghost Ship Theme

Bring a haunted pirate adventure to your venue with Ghost Ship Halloween parties and events from iCatching Events. Weathered nautical scenery, skeletal crew members and eerie lighting set the scene for a voyage into cursed waters, with plenty for guests to discover along the way.

Create the feel of an abandoned ship using wooden barrels, treasure chests, ropes and fishing nets. Position skeleton props amongst the cargo and add pirate figures to suggest a crew that never made it back to shore. Dark draping and blue or green lighting can give the space a cold, mysterious atmosphere.

Treasure chest table centres continue the theme throughout your dining area, paired with dark linen and nautical details. Elsewhere, a pirate photo scene brings together character props, treasure and themed backdrops, giving guests a setting for their Halloween costume photographs.

Our Ghost Ship theme works for corporate Halloween parties, private celebrations, themed dinners and haunted pirate parties. Whether you imagine a deserted vessel, a shipwreck or a captain’s banquet, we can combine pirate prop hire and Halloween décor to create a setting that carries the theme from the entrance to the dance floor.

Build your event around your own Ghost Ship vision with bespoke Halloween event theming from iCatching Events. Start with cursed treasure, a ghostly crew or a haunted harbour, and our team can develop the idea around your venue, guest numbers and budget.

Choose individual Ghost Ship props for an entrance or photo opportunity, or create a complete haunted pirate setting with scenery, draping, backdrops, lighting and themed table dressing. We can tailor the atmosphere for a family pirate celebration or introduce darker, more gruesome details for an adult Halloween event.

Our service can include event design, delivery, installation and collection, bringing the creative planning and practical setup together. We’ll help position the main features around your reception, dining and entertainment areas so the theme works with the way you want to use the space.
