iCatching events have a number of conference packages available for a wide range of delegates. Packages can be tailored to suit your requirements.
Our packages include everything you need for your conference requirements, from staging and lighting through to projectors and a fully qualified technician. Conferences can be booked for a single day or multiple date bookings.
Package A
This package is ideally suited for conferences with up to 150 delegates. The package comes complete with: 1 x aluminum truss lectern, 1 x radio mic, 2 speaker PA, 1 x 8ft by 4ft carpeted staging with skirt 6 ft front projection screen 3000 lumen projector. All equipment will be fully installed and operated by our technical staff with a technician staying for the duration on the event (up to 2 hrs, but event times can be increased on request)
Package B
This package is suitable for conferences with up to 250 delegates. The package includes: a fully uplit stage set, 1 x aluminum truss lectern, 1 x radio mic, 1 x lectern mic, 4 speaker PA, carpeted 8ft by 8ft staging with skirt 8ft rear projection screen 3000 lumen projector.
This package also comes complete with a laptop and wireless remote control for the presenter. All equipment will be fully installed and operated by our technical staff with 2 technicians staying for the duration on the event (up to 5 hrs, but event times can be increased on request)
Premier Package
Our premier package is available for conferences with up to 500 delegates. The package includes: a fully uplit stage set, 1 x aluminum truss lectern, 2 x radio mics, 1 x lectern mic, 6 x table mics, 6 speaker PA, carpeted 8ft by 20ft staging with skirt 8ft rear projection screen 3000 lumen projector 2 x 50in plasma screens on “K” stands.
This package also comes complete with a laptop and wireless remote control for the presenter. All equipment will be fully installed and operated by our technical staff with 2 technicians staying for the duration on the event (up to 5 hrs, but event times can be increased on request).
