For many people the idea of venue dressing ends with the colour of the bow around your chair covers or the choice of table centre. However, there is an entire new range of options available these days that will help transform even the most basic of rooms into the most impressive of event spaces. Here is our venue dressers advice to creating the perfect venue:

Chair Covers

Covering the chairs for your event is one of the most common ways of improving your venue. Adding a coloured sash to link in with your colour scheme is a great way of personalising the room. There are many options available to you; from fabric and colour options for the bows, to different styles of chair covers. The more traditional cotton chair covers are very popular for most weddings, but a new modern option is available in the form of spandex covers. The new spandex chair covers give a neater, tight fitting look and can be fitted on pretty much any style of chair.

Table Centres

Table centres are used as a focal point for each tables and can be as subtle or striking as you desire! There is a huge range of options available with every style catered for, from low level fish bowls and mirror blocks to huge candelabra’s and martini glass displays. Remember that not all the table centres need to be the same. A range of different heights and vases works well, all with the flowers and coloured accessories to tie the look into your theme.

Draping

Sometimes there is just one aspect of a room that lets it down. It might be a wall with unsightly pictures on it, or really bad curtains. This no longer needs to put you off from this becoming the perfect venue for your event. Wall draping can be the solution to hide these less than perfect additions to the room. Our free standing drapes can transform even a basic empty box into a luxurious and stylish venue. Carpets

Should the venues carpet be the only thing that is letting the room down, don’t worry, just cover it with a carpet colour of your choice! This sounds like it could be quite expensive, but you may be surprised how little it actually costs. It could make all the difference to the look of the room.

We have a series of pre designed venue dressing packages for you to choose from, or we can create a package that is bespoke for you. The table package includes up to 10 chair covers complete with a fitted bow in the colour of your choice. On the table we will add a matching table runner, a mirrored plate and then the table centre.
